SYNOPSIS : This documentary investigates the fraught relationship between Korea and Japan through the eyes of Korean high school students who hope to contribute whatever they can to helping change it for the better. It shows how Koreans’ sentiments towards Japanese have changed over the decade by analyzing social media comments and correlating it to changes in exchanges and travels between the two countries. It seeks counsels from various opinion leaders, including a former Korean ambassador to Japan, as to what could be done to break the current deadlock and suggests that younger generations of both countries communicate and cooperate with one another in an effort to build mutual understanding and pursue common interests.
