SYNOPSIS : Adeline, a self-employed artist, paints an artwork in her studio, while John, a businessman, enters unexpectedly. He has fallen in mud and now seeks a bath. Immediately she feels a reluctance, fearing that he wants to buy her studio. Over time, they grow closer and he becomes more likeable, but she remains strong and rejects his invitation to a dinner.
