I learnt about this short film on LinkedIn, and when I read the storyboard, I was intrigued. The waiting time for the movie release was long, but when I watched it a couple of weeks ago, I was blown away. It was worth waiting for. A portrayal of Sylvia, played by Leila Miglinci was phenomenal. She is truly a great actress and performed very well. The entire plot and execution were just spot on. The music and the environment evoke the emotions of loneliness and mystery. Well done.
Really great piece of work - the director really builds a sense of unease as the story unfolds, and the pay off at the end is very well realised. Loved the editing, and it looks great as well.
This was a really great short film, I enjoyed it immensely, really good performances from this small cast, I definitely felt emotionally invested in the story due to the nuanced acting by the lead actor and actress, I liked the spooky twist at the end.
The use of location was well utilised and very good cinematography and editing, this was complimented by a excellent score, I hope to see more work by this filmaker in future.
Kind regards
Ash
